Photo Release

I hereby irrevocably consent to the creation of artwork and images (derived works) by American Life League or their authorized representatives, derived from photographs of myself/my family listed on and attached to this Photo Release. I authorize the use of these photographs and derived works for fundraising, advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. I further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by you to reproduce and use said photographs and derived works for use in all domestic and foreign markets. Further, I understand that other and any subsequent reuse for which I shall receive no compensation will be sanctioned only by American Life League.

I hereby release American Life League's authorized representative agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use.

I understand that this Photo Release and the submission of my photographs does not obligate American Life League to utilize the photographs.
